When we purchased the home in 2012 we knew it had a lot of potential. Adding a guest house was the ultimate goal. After 5 years of planning and 2 years of design and construction the SoCo Casita welcomed its first guest in 2019.

We designed this house so that you could feel at home while being in the middle of a bustling neighborhood. With an open floor plan you have plenty of space and the tools to make drinks, cook breakfast in, play a quiet game or even get some work done during your visit.

The kitchen is surprising large with plenty of counter space and includes all the tools you need make you feel right at home. A quick trip to the locally owned market across the street and you'll be making your own margaritas and homemade quac just in time for happy hour.
And after a big night out, you'll love the in-house Nespresso with pods.

It's one big open space that lets you relax with your group and create fun moments throughout your stay.

The SoCo Casita was built to accommodate all sorts of experiences from the business traveler looking to make travel a bit more personal to the group of friends reconnecting back from where life has taken them.
The Casita sleeps 4 people comfortably in two queen size beds featuring Tuft and Needle mattresses and carefully chosen linens.

The lofted bedroom is atop a ladder where you're rewarded with a cozy night's sleep and a 3rd story view out over the neighborhood. Room darkening rollers let you sleep in as well.

The simple, modern bathroom includes a sizable walk in shower. We've provided amenities from Public Goods during your stay. Should you forget something we've got you covered with extra essentials to keep you on track.

Whether you're with us for the weekend or for the week you'll be able to take advantage of the in-house washer & dryer. Wash those workout clothes before packing them away for the trip back. Or travel lighter knowing you can do a quick wash.
There are abundant plugs in the unit for powering devices and we include a Bose Mini that provides enough music to fill the whole house.
The TV offers local channels via antenna as well as an Apple TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime included. Feel free to bring your own subscription by downloading any app you need from the app store.
